What is #GivingTuesday?
It’s a global movement, set right at the start of the season when folks turn their attention to purchasing gifts for people they care about personally. In the U.S., the Friday after Thanksgiving is classically a huge shopping day. #GivingTuesday is a day to pause all that shopping and consider organizations that are doing meaningful work in our community, places where one has a strong personal connection.
